Tasting Characteristics

Golden yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose we have mild aromas of honey and lemon as well as fresh fruits such as pear and apples. In the mouth we have elements such as honey, orange peel and caramel. Excellent structure with depth of flavors and acidity that refreshes the mouth. The finish is long lasting with the honey flavor dominating.

Vineyard

The soil is fertile, with a mixed composition ranging from sandy loam to clay, thus offering the possibility of producing wines of excellent quality and rich aromas. The microclimate of the area is characterized by cold winters and hot summers, while a small river called Permisos contributes to the existence of a mild continental climate. The vineyards are located at an altitude between 450 and 550 meters and have a slope between 3 and 7%.

Vinification - Aging

Cold extraction for 12 hours at 8°C in an oxygen-free environment and then cold fermentation at a constant temperature of 18°C. After the completion of the cold extraction and before the start of the alcoholic fermentation, the agricultural alcohol of wine origin was added. This preserves all the sugars and primary aromas of the grape itself.

Tasty Combinations

It is an ideal aperitif accompanied by roasted almonds, dried apricots, as well as fruits, sweets, orange cream, ice cream and sorbet.
