Tasting Characteristics

A wine of bright pale yellow color. On the nose, alluring exotic fruity (citrus) aromas coupled with a gentle touch of floral essence. Powerful on the palate with a firm texture and a harmonious acidity-fruit-interplay. The super-aromatic Muscat of Alexandria is blended with the international Chardonnay grape in order to give a round, elegant, versatile wine with a velvety creamy texture. Medium finish.

Vineyard

The privately owned vineyards of the company Tsantali cover an area of ??580 acres in the PGI Ismaros zone at an altitude of up to 300 meters.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic white vinification. Fermentation at 16-18oC in stainless steel tanks. The lees of Chardonnay are stirred on a weekly basis for two months to enhance complexity and texture to the mid palate prior to blending. No oak

Harmony

It goes well with seafood and fish dishes, but also with white meats. Combines perfectly with mixed green salads, grilled vegetables but also with soft and hard cheeses.
