Tasting Characteristics

The wine has a yellow-green colour, with aromas of melon, mango, kiwi and pineapple. This refreshing and fruity wine has a mouth-watering acidity and a persistent mineral finish.

60% Lagorthi, 30% Αsproudes , 10% Chardonnay

Vineyard

The grapes are harvested from select mountain vineyards of Achaia in the Peloponnese at an altitude of 800 - 900m. The soil is a mixture of clay and limestone. The grape yields are about 7000kg per hectare.

Vinification & Maturation

Stainless steel tank fermentation at a cool 15°C, with minimal lees contact and bottled early to retain freshness.

Harmony

It pairs up well with a variety of shellfish such as mussels, oysters, combs and clams as well as barbecued fish and exotic fruits.
