Τasting Characteristics

Dense, deep red. Concentrated, multilayered presence, dominated by the aromas of black fruit, vanilla, toasted bread, chocolate and spices. Fleshy, well structured with firm but elegant tannins and abundant ripe fruit. Warm and generous, it retains an enviable balance completed by the long, spice finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon 90%, Agiorgitiko 10%

Vinification – Maturation

Grapes for certified organic vineyards. Ages for 18 months in French oak barrels 50% new. It is unfiltered so there may be sediment in the bottled. Decanting is recommended.

Ηarmony

Loves red meat and especially lamb in almost all its versions. Try it also with slow cooked beef, steak and roast duck.
