Tasting Characteristics

These bananas are harvested in Ecuador and their processing begins immediately, to achieve the best fruit pulp. Only the best, most ripe, balanced and perfectly flavoured bananas are selected to make the banana puree. It's like drinking mashed bananas.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Caramel Banana Daquiri
•35 ml Mixer banana puree
•45 ml white rum
•15 ml fresh lime juice
•15 ml caramel syrup

Fill glass with ice and pour into a blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a hurricane glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Banana Shake

• 30 ml Mixer banana puree
  240 ml milk
  

Fill glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a tumbler.
