Tasting Characteristics

The produced pulp is perfectly balanced in sugar and maintains the ideal degree of acidity. Mixer kiwi puree has a very dense texture.

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Κiwi Caipirissima

30 ml Mixer kiwi puree
45 ml white rum
2 table spoon cane sugar

Muddled the lime wedges with Mixer kiwi puree. Add crush ice and fill with white rum. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.

Cocktails without alcohol

San Frannsisco

45 ml Mixer kiwi puree
60 ml grapefruit juice
60 ml pinapple juice

Fill glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a highball glass.
