Tasting Characteristics

Clean and transparent in appearance. Lemon on the nose, with notes of orange and yuzu. Tastes cool, with orange more noticeable than lemon and yuzu. Aftertaste is round and fresh.

The process

Etsu Double Orange Gin has been soaked for seven days with traditional botanicals, such as bitter orange peel, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica and coriander. After soaking, the alcohol base is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Mountain spring water is added only after distillation process, providing the gin its fresh taste.

Served

Excellent with tonic, in a Dry Martini, as well as with ice and spearmint leaves.
