Nordes Atlantic Galician is an extremely balanced, fragrant gin, with elegant notes of white fruit, coexisting harmoniously with balsamic notes of mint and eucalyptus. All are accompanied by a subtle hint of juniper.

The process

Gin from Galicia, northwestern Spain, named after the eponymous wind, that blows from the Atlantic.The base spirit is distilled from locally grown Albarino (or Cainho Branco) grapes. It is prepared with 11 separate herbs. The six of them are sage, bay, louiza, eucalyptus, mint and salicornia (or aquatic asparagus), a wild, coastal plant, that creates the distinctive balsamic aroma. All f them are grown in Galicia, while the other five (juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus and black tea) come from abroad.

Enjoy it plain or on the rocks, while it combines wonderfully with the most creative cocktails.
