Τasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of juniper, cardamom and green herbs, which end in notes of lemon and orange. In the mouth it is slightly sweet and soft, with an explosion of juniper and citrus flavours. Notes of cumin, cardamom and freshly ground black pepper follow. Long aftertaste, complemented by floral hints and a pleasant, fresh bitterness.

Served

So balanced, that it is easily enjoyed plain or on the rocks. However, it is ideal for all gin-based cocktails, since it does not cover the rest of the ingredients.
