Tasting Characteristics

Crystal clear, milky with the addition of water. Elegant aromatic presence, starring anise and discreet passages of mastic, citrus, mint and spices. Elegance is also its main feature in the mouth. Polite at first contact, harmonious and balanced, without lacking strength. Nice, spicy finish.

The Process

We chose the slowest and most expensive production process, with 100% distillation in traditional copper urns. This means that in contrast to what usually happens, when only 20% of the alcohol is distilled together with the aromatics, in the Costa Lazaridis Estate the total amount of alcohol has passed through the ambush. Of course, together with a carefully selected mixture of seeds, fruits and aromatic woods, with Macedonian anise predominating.
