Tasting Characteristics

Exclusively vintage spirit. Aromas of white flowers, freshly cut quince and ripe chestnut appear immediately in the glass. In the mouth it is round, with a gentle sense of alcohol, highlighting elements of complexity, such as pear and chestnut and an unexpected minerality in the long aftertaste.

The Process

It is produced from the Greek variety Robola. Distilled in discontinuous Copper Column Stills.

Best Served

It marries beautifully with sweet and salty dishes. On the savory side, a sea bass carpaccio, sea bream or sushi would be ideal options, alongside cold thinly sliced beef or prosciutto. As for sweets, the ideal match is the walnut pie, the pistachio baklava and the ravani. It can also be enjoyed plain as an aperitif.
