Tasting Characteristics

Red fresh forest fruits, strawberries and cherries play games with the senses. An idea of vanilla and delicious toast leaves a suspicion that something unique is happening here. Its transparent pink hue captures the look like a fine female figure that passes leaving its aroma in the air… The balanced acidity in combination with the natural sugars will bring smiles to those who distinguish the beauty in the details.

Vineyard

The grapes are grown in the vineyards of the Karamitros family, at an altitude of 700m close to the generous Lake Plastira.

Vinification – Maturation

Harvest was done manually. For the vinification, pre-fermentative extraction was carried out for 6 hours at low temperature, in order to better preserve the aromatic potential of the variety. During the alcoholic fermentation the temperature remained at about 12?C and then matured together with its fine wine lees for 2 months.

Harmony

Its exuberant nature allows for multiple combinations, depending on the mood. Try it as an aperitif, in cocktails but also as an accompaniment to fruit, pasta and seafood. The temptation is shocking when combined simply with some wonderful chocolates.
