Tasting Characteristics

Very intense aromas of prickly pear, which gradually gives way to woody and greasy. Then it becomes fruity and spicy, with aromas of banana, nutmeg and wood. In the mouth it is rich, it follows the aromas of the nose with notes of caramel, vanilla, cocoa, ginger and some fruity ones, nuts and also coconut.

The process

Aged for 7 years in Fiji and 2-3 years in Ferrand casks in France.

Enjoy plain, on the rocks or in a fancy cocktail.
