Tasting Characteristics

Crystal clear, with aromas on the nose of pepper and malt and some notes of anise, fennel and floral honey. In the mouth it is clean with spicy notes and murky - nut character. Its aftertaste is persistent with the black pepper initially dominating and fading later.
