Tasting Characteristics 

On the nose it has aromas of fresh rye, grass and almonds. It is of medium body with flavours of mint, straw and biscuit. Its finish is clean, with notes of mint, chopped grass and rye bread.

The process

Created with the rare Diamond Dankowskie rye, from a unique estate on the shores of Lake Bartezek, in the Polish region of Masurian Lake, this extremely fresh, smooth and delicate vodka reflects a unique terroir. Snowy winters accentuate the rye characteristics and develop the delicate, refined character of the vodka, more reminiscent of the region's peaceful lakes than its harsh climate.

Served

On the rocks, simply with juice or in a cocktail.
