Drouhin Joseph Chablis 750ml (2021), White Dry

Joseph Drouhin was a daring and enterprising young man who came from the Chablis region. In 1880, at the age of 22, he settled in Beaune and founded there his own wine company. His aim was to offer wines of great quality that would bear his name. Today the fourth generation of Drouhin runs the company combining tradition and modern thinking. Joseph Drouhin's estates cover all the  areas. From North to South: Chablis, Cotes Des Nuits, Cote De Beaune, Cote Chalonnaise.

Tasting Characteristics

 A dry, fruity and easy to drink wine. Its color is light gold with green reflections. It has fresh aromas of citrus fruits as well as traces of fern and coriander. The taste is dry and fruity with interesting notes. Pleasant and great aftertaste.

Grapes and wine purchased from regular suppliers. Very slow pressing so as to respect fruit.
