Tasting Characteristics

On the nose is dry with aromas of citrus, raisins, light vanilla and spices. Sweet in the mouth with citrus and characteristics of light vanilla and honey. Fresh finish with notes of spices and traces of Tall and cinnamon.

The process

It matures in new American oak casks.
