Tasting Characteristics

Pure, bright, honey color, with orange glints. Heavy aroma of dried fruits and notes of mint, orange and cocoa. Rich, chewy taste, in a complex combination of citrus, cinnamon, toffee, caramel, chocolate and spices. The finish is soft, creamy and warm.

The process

It is produced at the smallest and one of the oldest bourbon distilleries in America. It is the only one that uses traditional pot distillers. A key ingredient of its success is the use of the best cereals in the area and its maturation for 7 years in selected white oak casks, housed in stone warehouses.

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
