Tasting Characteristics

On the nose, citrus, pepper and vanilla aromas. Mouth is dominated by fruit, butterscotch, white pepper and the sense of bourbon and oak wood. Finish is sweet and spicy, with lingering ripe fruit elements.

Process

It is a blend of Irish malt and grain whiskeys, gently rested in selected bourbon barrels, for 5 years.

Neat, with ice and in cocktails.
