Tasting Characteristics

Very smooth taste, sweet and slightly woody, due to the influence of the cask. On the nose it has notes of cut grass and orange blossom. There are also notes of vanilla, sweet apple and blackberry. In the mouth it has flavors of spices, lemon and rose petals. Creamy vanilla and traces of dried fruit and cinnamon also make their appearance. In the aftertaste it is quite floral and botanical, with a suspicion of caramel.

The process

It comes from a small batch, which matured in selected ex rum casks. Bottled in 46% vol, without cold filtering, the true character of Teeling Small Batch is completed.

Served

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
