Tasting Characteristics

Nose is lively and incredibly fruity: ripe apples, hypoacidic citrus and notes of tropical fruit, all wrapped in vanilla. The taste is wonderfully rich, with layers of fruit, oak and spice and the aftertaste is lingering.

Process

This triple distilled single malt has been patiently aged for up to 14 years in ex-bourbon casks. Afterwards it is finished in four different types of casks (Oloroso, Sherry Butts, Port Pipes and Madeira Drums) for at least 6 months, for perfect balance. It is bottled in 41.3% vol.

Served

Enjoyed with ice, plain or with the addition of drops of mineral water.
