Tasting Characteristics

Fresh and clean on the nose, with aromas of lemon peel and sweet spices. Full mouth, with flavours of clove, cinnamon and citrus fruit. The finish offers a harmony of spices, oak and orange.

The process

Made from 100% malted barley, distilled in a Coffey distiller and matured in old casks. Although it is a malt whisky, it belongs in the grain whisky category, because it is not distilled in a pot distiller.

Served

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
