Full-bodied, with a sense of sherry and oak. Organic nose, with an obvious vanilla scent. Long aftertaste with emphasis on sweet spices.

The Process

Aged for 12 years in Oloroso sherry barrels.

Served

Drink it straight, with water or with a small ice cube. A great accompaniment to smoked salmon or iberic ham.
