Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of lemon , orange peel and vanilla, followed by dark chocolate and oak. The palate is dominated by citrus fruit, combined with honey, raisins and caramel. The finish is medium lasting, slightly dry, but with an exceptional sense of malt.

The process

Comes from a combination of aromas from American and European barrels with raspberry notes, which make a great introduction to the Macallan flavor profile.

Served

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
