Tasting Characteristics

This wine has deep red ruby colour. Notes from red and black fruits, flowers and spices make up its aromatic bouquet. In the mouth is semi dry with fruity aftertaste.

Vinification – Maturation

Four years of research and experiments were needed by the Torres scientific team to find the appropriate method of extracting the alcohol. The red vinification takes place, to get color and tannins and then the wine, with the ''Rotating Cone Column'' method, in a vacuum, is heated to 25°C, so that the alcohol evaporates and as little as possible is lost aromas.

Harmony

It accompanies pasta, grilled meats, Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, seasonal red fruits and cheese platters.
