Vineyard

Ktima Gerovassiliou is a single private vineyard stretching over 72 hectares. The climate in the region of Epanomi is Mediterranean with mild winters and hot summers, tempered by sea breezes.

Vinification – Maturation

Following extraction and completion of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in special oak tanks from Burgundy, , the wine matures in French oak barrels. Excellent ageing potential.

Harmony

It pairs well with red meat stews in spicy sauces, game.
