Variety Composition

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Kolliniatiko Vineyard From the privately owned vineyards of Kokkinomylos and Avlotopi that grow on hillsides at the foot of Mount Parnon at an altitude of 720-750 meters.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic vinification with 10-15 days extraction. It then matures in 2nd and 3rd use oak barrels for about 10 months. Its excellent tannic structure usually allows it to be aged for another 5 to 7 years.
