Tasting Characteristics

A gleaming color, vivid pink with golden highlights. A vibrant, fruity bouquet, mainly scents of fragrant red berries and cherries: morello cherry, lingonberry and cranberry. Nuances of juicy summer fruits: fig and nectarine. An appetizing note of grenadine.

Vinification – Maturation

Specially selected aging wines at a rate of 20-30% enrich the assemblage and enhance the intensity, richness and consistency of Moet Ice Imperial Rose. Dosage: 38 grams / liter. Aging after disgorgement, at least 3 months. Maturation in the cellar for 18 months.

Harmony

Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies ideal dishes of Asian cuisine, fruit salads, fruit tarts.
