Tasting Characteristics

Pink colour with amber highlights. A lively, intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral nuances of rose. At the end it is obvious a slight hint of pepper.

Chardonnay - Pinot Noir - Pinot Meunier

Vinification – Maturation

40-50% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier and 10-20% Chardonnay were used for its production. Pinot Noir offers intensity, Pinot Noir roundness and Chardonnay elegance.

Harmony

Ideal as an aperitif, however, it accompanies ideal appetizers, finger food, smoked salmon, caviar, cheese, ceviche and seafood.
