Tasting Characteristics

Its color is bright lemon-green with some golden highlights. On the nose we can distinguish citrus fruits such as tangerine and grapefruit, apple, pear, almond, floral hints and mineral elements. Crisp acidity, buty aftertaste with a hint of tannins in the mouth. A wine that has the structure to evolve for 3-4 years developing an even more intense mineral character.

The altitude of the vineyard ranges from 650-700 meters and the age of the vineyards is about thirty years. The soil in the Robola Kefallinia variety is the important characteristic. The fragmented limestone and the special general soil and climate conditions with the unique influence of the great mountain (Ainos), as a whole compose a unique vineyard.
