Tasting Characteristics

The main characteristic of this wine  is its rich aroma of yellow fruits accompanied by notes of melon and linden perfumes. It is green in colour with hints of yellow, lively acidity, freshness in taste and a moderate aftertaste.

Vineyard

Central Greece. In Parnassus viticulture zone we cultivate the aromatic variety Malagousia in the vineyards Livadorahi and Anamero. The total area comprises 4,5 acres and the altitude is 400-450 meters.

Vinification & Maturation

After harvesting the grapes, the method of pre-fermentation extraction and then the alcoholic fermentation of juice in classified temperatures. Maintenance of wine for two months on light lees before bottling.

Harmony

It can be served neat, but it also consists the perfect accompaniment to the daily tidbits of the Greek cuisine, as well as to oily dishes, yellow cheese and colorful salads.
