Tasting Characteristics

White and yellow colour with green highlights, nose with explosive balsamic aromas, such as Turkish delight and rose, which give way to fresh exotic fruits, such as pineapple, lychee, mango. Mouth full, but with finesse and freshness, with a silky sweet and excellent aftertaste, with crunchy fruity aromas.

Early harvest and fermentation in a tank.

It is ideal accompaniment for fruit salads, green salads with nuts, duck, soft cheeses, while it is a wonderful aperitif.
