Tasting Characteristics

Bright pink with violet highlights. Fine but also generous, alluring aromas of reds fruit, strawberry and Cornelian cherry, tie harmoniously with notes of white flowers. Exuberant and full in the mouth with balanced acidity and dynamic presence of bubbles. The above elements work synergistically offering a generous and creamy mouth with harmonious sweetness and fruity aromatic aftertaste.

Vineyard

The vineyards are located in the wider area of Nemea.

Vinification – Maturation

The vinification of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel tanks and under conditions of controlled temperature 16-17°C . The fermentations are stopped by cooling the fermented must, leaving residual sugars in the wine. Immediately after, the blend of the three witches takes place and post-fermentation actions follow with periodic suspension of wine sludge for about 1 month, when the processes for the preparation of bottling begin.

Harmony

It pairs well with light meals, sweets, but is drunk on its own as an aperitif.
