Tasting Characteristics

Pale lemon color. Variety of aromas. Green apple, pear, hints of tropical fruits and herbs. Intense stone fruits mostly ripe apricot. Very balanced on the mouth, creamy texture, however the primary fruity characteristics makes it refreshing as well. Pleasant acidity. Medium to long finish.

Vinification – Maturation

Each variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

It pairs well with Greek seafood appetizers, grilled or fried fish, grilled or cooked chicken, green salad, pasta with light creamy sauce, pork with lemon sauce and vegetables.
