Tasting Characteristics

Medium pink color. Vibrant aromas of strawberry and raspberry with notes of bubblegum. Smooth and refreshing with a fruity finish. The red fruits are dominant, while leaving a subtle sweetness. Medium acidity, light body.

From three selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the privately owned vineyard in Atalanti valley.

Vinification – Maturation

Co-fermentation of both white and red grape varieties in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and residual sugars of 3,9 gr. Creating, therefore, an aromatic and refreshing wine.

Harmony

An ideal accompaniment to many summer dishes, and not only. Excellent accompaniment to Greek and Asian cuisine, spicy dishes of European cuisine and pizza.
