Vineyard

The location of the vineyards is Episkopi, the amphitheater hill of ancient Gomfa (Mouzaki) and a place where wine has been produced since ancient times. The microclimate is very favorable, the cold evenings allow the grapes to ripen in a balanced way, despite the very hot summer days, giving fresh and aromatic wines.

Vinification - Aging

Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Remaining with its lees for 7 months.

Tasty Combinations

It goes perfectly with raw or steamed shellfish, grilled or fried fish, pasta with seafood, white meats, lamb with oregano or fricassee, dolmades and dishes with egg and lemon.
