Tasting Characteristics

Pale lemon color. Pronounced aromas of lime, litchi, grapefruit, peach, nectarine, with some notes of grass. Pleasant acidity, medium body with the flavours following the aromas of the nose with a pleasant aftertaste.

60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon, 20% Vidiano

Vineyard

Nico Lazaridi vineyards in the Prefecture of Drama are surrounded by mount Falakro from the North, mount Menikio from the West, while at the north-east rises mount Pangeon our Magic Mountain which name is forever related to the worship of Dionysus, the Greek god of the grape harvest and winemaking.

Vinification – Maturation

Fermentation at low temperature in order to maximise the extraction of primary aromas. Short maturation with the fine lees. Will respond to aging for up to 2-3 years after harvest.

Excellent match for seafood salads, lean white meat and pasta with light sauces
