Vineyard

Nico Lazaridi vineyards in the Prefecture of Drama are surrounded by mount Falakro from the North, mount Menikio from the West, while at the north-east rises mount Pangeon – our Magic Mountain – which name is forever related to the worship of Dionysus, the Greek god of the grape harvest and winemaking.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic white wine vinification at low temperature. Will respond to aging for up to 2 years after harvest.
