Tasting Characteristics

This  impressive shiny yellowish-white wine offers tasty satisfaction and captivates with its intense aromatic bouquet. Νose  dominated   tropical fruit aromas and Greek citrus notes. The excellent balance in taste with the  long aftertaste of  lemon  makes it unique.

Vineyard

The vineyard is at the mountains of Aigialeia, at a 840 meter altitude.

Vinification – Maturation

Manual harvest and immediate transfer into the winery in small crates. Destemming and crushing in a pneumatic press. Static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (12-16 °C). The wine is left on the lees for three months in stainless steel tanks.

Harmony

It accompanies delicious fish and seafood, cool salads, white meat, is drunk on its own as an aperitif or paired to fruit.
