Tasting Characteristics

Brilliant lemon color. Complex nose with aromas of pear, mango and citron. Herbal hints of basil and mint. Full rich, round mouth with intense flavor, balanced acidity with a long persistent finish with fruity notes.

Vineyard

The vineyard is located at an altitude of 100-150 meters, with clay soil and a yield of 800 kg per acre.

Vinification – Maturation

Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature. Vinfication in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts at temperatures of 16 - 18°C. Aging on its lees with periodical stirring.

Harmony

It pairs very well with seafood, white meats and salads.
