Τasting Characteristics

Golden yellow color with greenish tinges. Impressive aromas of citrus, apple, pear, citrus, melon and white peach. The only few residual sugars give a soft and mellow taste. Round and fruity, with a harmony of aromatic intensities and a balanced acidity.

Debina 50%, Fraoulia and Kolokithas 50%

Debina Zitsa (Monastery 700 m.), Kolokithas, Fraulia (Raches, Kanellodromos, 600 m.)

Vinification & Maturation

Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature. The varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and short maturation on fine lees.

Ηarmony

It is the ideal accompaniment for fish and seafood. It can be combined with poultry, pastas, salads or small platform and epirotic local pies.
