Yellow color, with green highlights. Balanced mouth, with a volume that perfectly matches the acidity.

From the privately owned vineyards of the Zacharias family, in the place of Ntouramani, in the municipality of Nemea.

Vinification - Aging

Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction for 10-12 hours and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

It is combined with pasta with light sauces, seafood, chicken, pies.
