Tasting Characteristics

Yellow golden color. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and lemon. Vibrant and full-bodied on the palate with a mineral aftertaste.

Vineyard

Selected vineyards of Megalochori.

Vinification – Maturation

Over matured handpicked grapes were placed in cold room overnight. Then they were destemed and remained in skin contact for 12 hours. The must fermented with indigenous yeasts at 18°C. Also it matured in French oak barrels of different capacity for 12 months. Furthermore it is unfiltered and it can be aged for more than 10 years.

Harmony

It pairs well with shellfish dishes, meats in white sauce, grilled meat as well as mature full fat cheese.
