Tasting Characteristics

Pale golden color in the glass with lively, tickling bubbles. On the nose, notes of almond and hazelnut intensify the experience of enjoyment, leaving an unsurpassed feeling of softness soaked with fresh pear, apple and citrus. The palette oscillates on a harmonious background of crunchy pomelo and white grapes that deeply balance the weight of Pinot-Noir.

Vinification – Maturation

Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir the suppleness of Meunier and the finesse of Chardonnay.
