Tasting Characteristics

This champagne has a bright, light golden yellow color and a plethora of delicate and elegant bubbles. The nose discovers the original aromas of ripe fresh fruit (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (liqueur and pineapple). It then opens with the aroma of vanilla before developing notes of dairy caramel, bread and pastry, with a culminating aroma of dried fruit and honey. Taste of explosive freshness in the mouth, followed by an intense aftertaste. The complex aromas of fresh fruit and caramel perpetuate the tension.

Pinot Noir - Pinot Meunier – Chardonnay

Vinification – Maturation

Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir (30 to 40%), the suppleness of Meunier (30 to 40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20 to 30%).

Harmony

It accompanies ideal seafood, grilled fish and grilled white meat.
