Bright lemon color with golden highlights. Aromas of ripe citrus and exotic fruits against a background of vanilla and butter create a complex bouquet rarely found in this price category. Its taste is relatively rich, fatty and delicious with balanced acidity and a fruity finish.

Vinification – Maturation

Prefermentary cryoextraction for 10-12 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation in stainless tanks.

It pairs well with raw seafood, like oysters, shusi, fishes and pate.
