Tasting Characteristics

Juniper is first felt on the nose, with spices in the background. Aromas of angelica, coriander and citrus fruits are also present. Relatively strong sense of ethanol. In the mouth it is somewhat creamy and rich. Initially peppery, with a finish of pine, orange and sweet spices.

The process

It is distilled in a copper pot, with the use of 10 ingredients. The exact recipe has been a secret for at least 150 years.
