Bleeding Heart Rum Co

Stephen Carroll founded the Bleeding Heart Rum Company during a trip to Bacolod when he heard stories that the region had the best sugar cane in the world and wanted to make a rum in Negros, which is considered the capital of sugar cane. Don Papa was named after Papa Isio, the leader of the Philippine Revolution during the 1890s.
