Since 1913, free school education has been provided to the children of employees. Since 1958, free medical care has been provided to working families. Since 1991, they have been donating to the organization that takes care of children suffering from burns. They have been supporting the American Nicaraguan Foundation for Poverty Reduction in Nicaragua for 15 years.

Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of caramel, nuts, vanilla, cinnamon and some fruit. In the mouth it has balanced flavours of wood, vanilla, baked apples, butter, hazelnuts while its finish is candy.

The process

Produced from molasses, sugar beet from Nicaragua, it has been distilled 5 times in the modern distilleries of Ingenio San Antonio in Chichigalpa. Thanks to its aging for 12 years in American white oak, it develops its distinctive features.
