Tasting Characteristics

Color is deep gray. Aroma is dominated by fresh fruit that reminds us of blackberry and sour cherry, with some herbal elements coming into the background and all of which are gently embraced by notes of vanilla. In the taste, acidity is noticeable, tannins are soft, the herbal notes are more intense, while the aftertaste is pleasant and fruity.
